Due to the pending Northeaster snowstorm, the moderators of the five towns of FMRSD met at mid-day to discuss whether to continue or delay tomorrow's Voting Day and Saturday's Town Meeting. After an initial vote, a discussion and re-vote, the final vote was four towns in favor with one moderator abstaining to delay the election dates by two weeks.
Voting Day is now Tuesday, March 28th with Town Meeting following on Saturday, April 1st. It was mentioned in the meeting that the NH DOT is requesting that people stay off the roads tomorrow. In the Corrected Warrant, there was a change to Article 3 to clarify the Planning Board’s decision. The article text remains unchanged.
