RSA:39 requires the supervisors of the checklist to review their voter list for any voter that did not vote in any election in the past five (5) years preceding the annual verification. Voters that meet the criteria shall be sent notices stating that they will be removed from the checklist and are required to re-register if they wish to remain on the checklist.
