Water & Sewer Departments
 Water
meters are read, and bills are mailed, in approximately April and October of
each year. The bill you receive for water and/or sewer is based on the
cubic feet of water usage that goes through your water meter each six months.
There is a minimum charge of $56.00 for water and $30.00 for sewer for any usage up to 1,000
CF.
NOTE: A cubic foot (CF) of water = 7.48 gallons Once a year, in January, every homeowner connected to the sewer system will receive a bill for the cost of the current sewer debt. This bond was issued to cover the cost of constructing the sewer system, and the final payment will be made in the year 2010.
