NOVEMBER 16, 2005

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 by E. Vose.

NEW BUSINESS:

Tom Hanna was asked to be present to go over an application for an appeal of an administrative decision on behalf of Craig Dance. Mr. Hanna
was not able to attend . Ernie will be calling him to discuss the application. There needs to be a discussion with the board before accepting the application.

Mr. Mike Snide was to be present to discuss a new sign at Pinnacle View Equipment on Rt. 12. Mr. Snide was not able to be at this meeting.

There was a complaint made by neighbors concerning John Christopher's trailer and whether sanitary laws were being followed.
A letter was sent to the Selectman from the ZBA about this.  Mr. Vose discussed the subject with Selectman Sheldon Sawyer and it was reported that Mr. Christopher was meeting the sanitary requirements for removing waste. They feel he is not breaking any ordinances.
There has been no
written reply from the Selectman.

At the October 19th meeting, the Zoning Board voted to raise the application fees from $35 to $75 plus $5 per abutter and the applicant will provide the list of abutters.

The bylaws must be changed to put this new fee into effect.  The new bylaw must be read at two separate meetings of the ZBA to make it part of the bylaws. The new fee bylaw was read the first time.

Meeting adjourned at 7:46 pm

Reopened at 7:47 pm. M. Mansouri would like a letter back from the Selectman discussing their decision on John Christopher. E. Vose will be in touch with the Selectman requesting a response in writing.

BUDGET: E. Vose made an executive decision to separate the Planning Board and ZBA budgets.
ZBA's budget was increased to $2000  for expenses
and  income was tripled for the coming year from last years actual amount.
