15 March 2006

Present: E. Vose, M. Mansouri, L. Britton, L. Weber, W. Webb (alt)

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING MINUTES WILL BE REVIEWED ON 19 APRIL, 2006.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

No public hearings were scheduled.

New Business:

AlpacaDance letters.  Eight letters have been sent to the Zoning Board in support of the operation at AlpacaDance/Pillars and Porches from guests who have enjoyed their stays there. As the AlpacaDance matter is not currently in front of the Zoning Board, having been referred to the Selectmen for investigation and enforcement, it was decided to forward the letters to the Selectmen for their consideration.

Paul Galloway letter.  A letter has been received from Paul Galloway expressing his concern regarding the Therrien decision.  As that matter has been concluded, the letter was placed in the file.

Gravel Pits.  Assignments for the gravel pit inspections were put off til next month when we hope the weather will be more favorable, and when the full Board is present.

Old Business:

The 15 February minutes were held over for next month for consideration by the full Board.

There being no other business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.  The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 19th,  2006 at 7:30 pm.

Respectfully submitted,
