All notices were posted and abutters notified for all hearings.

The meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm.

No hearings.

The board briefly reviewed the proposed change to the Zoning Ordinance as proposed by the Planning Board.

The board briefly discussed the town’s web site and the proposed zoning ordinance amendment to limit new retail building to 20,000 sq ft.

Minutes December 15, 2004. Ms. Leclerc made a motion seconded by Mr. Carignan that the minutes be approved as written. All were in favor.

Warrants for town meeting are due to the clerk by Feb 1. Filing for office elections is Jan 19 through Jan 28. Ms. Leclerc’s term is expiring in March.

Mr. Vose adjourned the meeting at 7:44 PM.
